We aim to deliver your laundry within 24 hours. However, delays due to natural causes, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and not liable for compensation.
We adhere to standard industry practices for washing and dry-cleaning. While we take the utmost care of your garments, Apka Dhobi is not responsible for issues such as color bleed, shrinkage, or damage caused due to manufacturer defects or poor-quality fabrics.
Payments can be made online or via cash on delivery. All service charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them. Once your laundry has been picked up, cancellations will not be accepted.
In case of unsatisfactory service, we offer a free rewash or service credit after proper review. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
Apka Dhobi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform and services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
